We're locking the launch list to the communities where our backtest — hidden historical transactions predicted using only prior data — passes our accuracy and calibration thresholds. Sending a fake verdict on a thin dataset would anchor you on the wrong number, and that's worse than no number.
Send us any listing on WhatsApp. If it falls inside our covered communities you'll get a full verdict. If it doesn't, you'll get honest market context and an ‘insufficient evidence’ note — for free, either way.
