    Terms of Service

Plain-language terms governing the use of Truemarq reports and services.

A Truemarq Report is an independent market benchmark based on Dubai Land Department transaction records — where a listing sits versus what buyers actually paid. It is not a valuation, appraisal, or financial, legal, or investment advice, and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, offer, or counter-offer on any property. Truemarq is not a licensed valuer.

Estimates are based on available transaction data and stated methodologies. Property markets carry inherent uncertainty, and outcomes may differ from estimates. No outcome, price, or saving is guaranteed.

Buyers remain responsible for their own due diligence, including title verification, service charge reviews, and legal counsel. Any decision to transact is made solely by the buyer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truemarq is not liable for any loss, cost, or damage arising from a buyer's decision to purchase, not purchase, offer, or counter-offer on a property, whether or not a Truemarq report informed that decision.

Reports may not be redistributed, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
